If, all of a sudden, you begin receiving lots of SPAM email, then it's likely that you, or someone else has made your email address publicly available. There are a few options as to what you can do about it.

1. Turn on Spam Assasin in your CPanel (Email section).  This will prevent a lot of spam from getting to you.

2.  Turn on BoxTrapper in your CPanel (Email Section). This will force everyone who sends you email to verify (through an automated email confirmation process) that they are genuinely attempting to contact you. This is not recommended if you receive automated emails from websites, as the server cannot verify itself and you will not get any automated website emails.

3. Change your email address by creating a new email account.
